Submission guidelines for papers

All submissions must be made online on this platform.

Submission deadline: March 29, 2024

Paper proposals should be submitted in French or English.

The proposals can take 2 forms:

- Individual or collective presentations (a study presented in a 20-minute format)

- Posters (a schematic study presented during the poster sessions of the conference)

Proposals must include:

- title

- 500-word abstract (excluding essential bibliographical references)

- keywords (5 maximum)

- author's first and last name, e-mail address and institutional affiliation

- preferred research theme (n°1, 2 or 3).

Papers may be presented in French sign language (French interpretation will be provided), French or English. Presentations can be made in the language of the speaker's choice Paper proposals should be sent to: sciencesconf

Proceedings will be published in 2026, after selection by the scientific committee.
